Flaxby Park, Harrogate

Flaxby Park is a 400 acre former golf course in Harrogate that has been purchased with unencumbered title and a planning application for a new settlement of 2,750 houses, schools, commercial, retail and supporting facilities (currently submitted to Harrogate Borough Council). It is a joint venture with Ann Gloag OBE (co-founder of Stagecoach).

The venture also owns and is developing the former Manston Airport site in Kent – Stone Hill Park – where plans are progressing for a new settlement of 4,000 homes alongside an advanced manufacturing business park, sports village and a heritage park.
